L-shaped tiny house - 50 m² for up to 8 people

With 50 m² of ground-floor living space and a total of 70 m² when including its three cozy lofts, Lenny redefines tiny living. This L-shaped double-module home is thoughtfully designed, has bedroom downsairs and is catering to diverse needs.

One module can be built and installed independently, fully equipped with basic amenities: a bathroom, kitchen, and two loft bedrooms. It’s ready for instant use. The second module adds even more versatility, featuring a comfy lounge area with a TV-set, a ground-floor bedroom, and an additional loft.

 

Lenny comfortably sleeps up to eight people, making it an ideal small family home or a spacious retreat. The home boasts plenty of built-in storage, including cleverly designed stairs with storage compartments, practical office furniture and bedroom shelving. For year-round comfort, it’s equipped with two Meltem air ventilation recuperation units and two air-to-air heat pumps, ensuring efficient heating and cooling in all climates.

Like all our tiny homes, Lenny is built to withstand Northern climates, featuring excellent insulation, durable materials, and efficient design.
